Hello I'm back ;) so what have you all been up to? My results for term one super bad... So like now when I come home, i'll put my phone somewhere else. It really helps, can concentrate better. Sigh, today I got scolded by Mr Lim. Damn demoralized right now but whatever. I'm dumb, what to do?
Haha on a lighter note, tests recently have been quite okay :) but I'm really tired. Like I need a day off to sleep :(

Education system that kills.

I dread every morning, well on both weekends and days. Why weekends too? Cause this education system kills. I wake up on weekends worrying about the tests I have to study for, the homework I have to complete. Yes, Singapore's system is effective and blah blah. But look at the twitterfeed, one of the joys of going to school is looking forward for it to end hahaha.
Honestly, I guess that's why people migrate. People in Singapore seldom live pass 100 years old, why? Cause its damn stressed in Singapore luh.
I remembered going to Australia last holidays, nov-dec2010. The people there really enjoy life. The kids get to dye their hair, wear whatever footwear they like, take subjects of their interest like fashion. Yeah they don't have a choice of not going to school like us. The difference is that? They get to enjoy it.
I'm not complaining or anything luh, it's just that studying in Singapore equates to:
1. Worrying about PSLE.
2. Worrying about which secondary school you'll go to.
3. Worrying about Olevels.
4. Worrying about which JC/poly you'll be going to.

Just when you thought you don't have to worry anymore..........

5. Worrying about your Alevels/ poly exams.
6. Worrying about qualifying for uni/ a good job.

And no, you're not done yet.

7. Worrying about your pay.
8. Worrying about your submission of work (datelines etc)

And all that I included only consisted of the main milestones. I haven't included things like worrying about showing our parents our report cards, worrying about the remedials and extra lessons/ tuition.

I'm not complaining about the education I have, I know I'm lucky to be able to study. But,
Life sucks for a Singaporean student, doesn't it?

Things i do @ nightz.

So I rope braided my hair last night instead of French/normal braid. Cause it looks cool! ;) but the curls suck luh, if there was even any. But nevertheless it's quite a cool hairstyle to wear out ;)

Hello! I've got a requested post again yay :) hmmm so about trust. Trust between bestfriends is like, me telling you my "deepest darkest" secret, and you'd keep it to yourself cause I'm your good friend. But come to think about it, everyone has their own untold secrets right? So I guess like trust between best friends also means you'd trust that your friend will be always there for you whenever you need them.
Trust in the context of a relationship is slightly different I guess. In a relationship, to trust is to give your partner that benefit of doubt. It's you giving them the chance of hurting or even leaving you, but trusting that they wouldn't. Many relationships fall out because of the lack of trust. I know of some cases where girls insist that their partners cut all contact with all the other girls in the world. The guy obliges to it but feels so suffocated after awhile and the relationship comes to an end. If the girl had decided to trust him, he'd feel that he has that responsibility to not break her trust and the relationship will be a much more happier one, wouldn't it?
To trust someone really takes a lot, because it's like giving hat person a chance to break and crush you. Every relationship will not turn out well without trust, whether it's between friends, parents or bf and gf. It will just be so empty, with trust being it's missing piece.

What brings you down?

Hello I'm back again. One of the things that brings me down is school. If you're thinking it's the people and stuff, it isn't. It's the subjects. I suck academically. I'm not cut out for studying. I really hate the results I'm getting, all the time. People struggle to gt their As, Bs. I just pray that I'll pass. Seriously.
If you're wondering, I don't have tuition. Not even for any subjects. I want tuition. I need the help. But, my dad doesn't believe in tuition, so screw my life.
Today we had this class activity initiated by Mrs Ho my form tcher. It's like the class will form a huge circle and we will use form teacher contact time (ftct) to conduct this activity. My teacher will ask a question and everyone will take turns to answer. So one of the questions asked was, where do you wanna go/do after o levels?
I knew my answer: I wanna do anything as long as it doesn't concern math and science.
I'm serious, it's killing me. I'm honestly struggling in this fast paced education system. It sucks okay. Sucks much. Everyone's moving, getting better grades. All I want is to pass. I jut wanna pass. Sigh.

My bestfriend.

Hello the girl above is my bestfriend. She has a clique, and we don't talk THATTTTTT often but she's still my bestfriend. We say the same words at the same time, wore the same clothes when we didn't plan to. We can relate so much to each other, it's like I don't have to explain further and she understands. She has her own group but she'll still bother to find time for me, whenever she can. I can't say how awestastic she is in a single blog post.
She is very sad right now, and I'm worried about her, so worried. I know this isn't a lot.
But babe, if you see this, cheer up k. I don't know what to say, but I wished I could tell you something to take it all away.

Is PDA acceptable? For me, PDA-ing is a big no no.
Hahah I know you might think I'm narrow minded and stuff, but I just don't think it's alright. Publicly displaying your affection in a physical way for your partner is like so inconsiderate! Cause not everyone is interested in the way you get touched all over by your boyfriend or the way your girl leans onto your body and puts her hands into your pants. It's kinda like watching a sex scene with your parents.
I've been turned off by people that PDA before. There was once this couple were like doing their stuff, and the girl looked at me like as if I'm intruding their privacy. I mean, hello?!?!?! You're in a bus, everyone has equal rights cause we pay the same fare.
Haha like seriously! It's ten times more awkward when like you're on an escalator or lift with your parents and there's this couple PDA-ing like there's no tmrw.
But on a separate thought, PDA-ing in Spore is quite restricted and contained, unless everyone's not scared of getting "stomped". I think that's like the worst cuz most netizens wouldn't blurr your faces, so yeah.
Personally I think that by not PDA-ing, I'm showing respect to my partner and most importantly to myself. I mean, no one has a good impression of couples that are physical in public, it's like an eyesore. So I guess like I'd rather do everything behind closed doors, there's no need to show the world! Hahaha, and if my partner respects me and our relationship, I'm sure he'll have no objections.

Hello I'm back! :) sorry for this slow update, been really busy. I hate sec three uh, but I think sec 4 I die so should have fun while this lasts :)
So anyway, do you guys think it's alright for a friend to date a friend's ex? It's not a very hot topic, but I'll just blog about what I wanna :)
I think like dating a friend's ex is acceptable or not depending on the situation. But of course if the friend is a close one, things are gonna be awkward! Like it's so weird to talk to each other again. But I guess it's alright to a certain extend, cause alls fair in love right? Haha.
Come to think about it again, I'll feel so terrible if my friend dates my ex. It's just weird! But if my friend dates my ex who is super not boyfriend material, I guess it won't hurt thatttttt much? :D hahaha ah well. Can't wait for school to reopens :( this week only felt like 50% holiday. I guess I didn't have enough time to warm up for the hols. Hello! I'm like still up and awake. It's 2:37am :) saturday already. Sigh time REALLY flies man. Like the "holidays" just started, but it's gonna end already. K I've still got ALOT of work to do :( so yeah.
I'm super awake so I decided to try some random braids on my hair but it's super screwed uh! I'm gonna leave it on till morning and see how it looks like when I remove the rubber bands :) hahaha, lame but yeah.
I'm gonna start a post serial. Like drama serial but post serial :) geddit? :) hahaha.

Hello, :) today I'm gonna do a post on why I love blogging.
To me, my blog is like an online note book. I can write anything in it, and everyone can view it. I'm very talkative, so like it's like a platform where I can express my thoughts. I have formspring not because I wanna attract/entertain my haters. I treat it like a place where I can interact or answer my readers' comments or questions (in a blog context).
I started blogging since.... Primary 4? It was really lame, cause I didn't really know what to do with it, but I just did it cause it was the 'in' thing then :)
I love blogging because I can just blog my thoughts out (which I have a lot). & also, I admit that I don't have many friends, and I don't exactly have a perfect life. So like through my blog I find some thing to occupy my thoughts, so that I won't end up spending the time "emo-ing" or self sympathizing.
So yeah that's all for now hehehe :)

Hello! An anon told me to blog about why I love blogging, i'll do that soonish :)
Sigh, when I scroll through my newsfeed and stuff, I see people writing about the outings they have with their goodfriends(gfs)/cliques. Posting pretty pictures, writing on each others walls. Talking about things, about their day. Saying maybe they should text each other instead. And all those stuff.
Sigh I wished I had like a clique that I can belong to. I know I sound very desperate, but is it wrong to be desperate for people you can have fun with, talk to. Is it wrong to be desperate for friends?
If it's wrong then I must've been wrong my whole life.
It's like when my day goes bad or good, I've got no one to share to, no 'bffs' to tell to. No one to go out with cause they all have their own groups. Maybe it's because I wanna look back on my life when I grow up, and know that there were people that cared for me and I can count on them. Some times it gets to the extend that, I feel life is better online! Because I have at least 1000 friends on fb. But all of that doesn't mean a thing, 1000 is just a number. Nothing more, because I'm friendless.
I'm that girl that doesn't know where to go when that recess bell rings. That girl that feels insecure all the time because everyone has their own group. That girl that feels like shit when there's project work cause she wouldn't have a group.
Please don't judge me, this is my space to rant.
I just wished I had friends, true ones that I can stick by.

I honestly think that guys should like not be petty! They should leave that role for the ladies. I mean isn't weird like if like you're with a guy who's petty and you guys quarrel and he like throws his temper around and stuff? :p

Personally, I seriously simply just CANNOT stand guys that are petty. I mean seriously! Come on man, guys who are petty should either be going through a phase or slowly grow out of it. :)

I blog hop a lot. I enjoy reading other people's blog, because it's interesting to see what they post and all. Some famous reads are like xiaxue, bongqiuqiu etc. I'm not a hater, in fact I love reading their blogs. But some times I wonder if vulgarities is a need to make their blog an interesting read. And also, it's very seldom but does slamming someone on their blog become a need, I mean it's just a thought really.
I'm told that if I want my blog to be famous, I might have to include vulgarities and not make it so politically right, but is it a need?
Anyway, all this are just my thoughts uh, please don't judge. On a separate note, I really wanna thank my readers, or people that read my blog occasionally. The comments that you give me really puts a smile on my face everyday. thank you really :') do continue to read! I'm thinking of new topics to write about.

Recently there's a lot of babes/dudes that fell out of love or broke up. It's really sad to see so many sad souls around, even on the web.
They go on platforms like fb and twitter, and rant about the problems they face. some people will go like, 'oh she/he broke up. Walao spam my newsfeed with all the emo stuff'. Honestly, breaking up or some times even falling out with their partner, leaves one feeling very vulnerable, insecure.

It's like you're attached to someone. Not only physically, but emotionally as well. Thoughts of that person invades your mind and rapes your thoughts, and after awhile, you are all about that person.
You think about him/her, you dream of him/her, you do everything you can for him/her and eventually you breathe him/her. If you get what I mean.

Suddenly, the person leaves you. Everything you had. Detached itself from you. It sounds like I'm exaggerating, but all's magnify when it comes to love. You're left all alone, feeling so empty. Everything doesn't seem complete.

It's ironic how a person can destroy you, and that same person once brought you (what many will perceive as) the happiness of this world. Happiness, indescribable.

I really feel for those out there who are hurting everyday, because someone walked out of their lifes, or walked out before.

Being judgemental.

Hello readers. Do you like it when people judge you? I don't. But I don't deny that I myself judged people ALOT. I try not to now. :) so yeah.
I mean, judging comes in many forms, like when you call someone names that don't reflect who they are or when you talk about them just basing on what they post or do in the cyber world.
Judging is the first step for some one to become a hater. Actually, being a hater takes alot of energy. Like to feel frustrated about a person all the time, really takes alot.
Anyway, about being judgmental. I think judging people just drains you. You can never stop judging once you start, and it starts to grow on you. & at the end of the day, it's the person that judges another, that loses.
I mean why not spend the time to understand the person right?

Hello! Today I went to Shekinah harvest church. The event is called high fun 天. It was quite fun. :)
Then we went to sakae for dinner. Talked over dinner. He didn't bring enough money! So he waited for his butler to come. Actually he's still at sakae waiting for his butler. :/ sorry Amos!

Hello readers. An earthquake of magnitude 8.9 hit Japan today. I just read on twitter that the tsunami MIGHT hit Singapore at 10:49pm tonight. I know it's sounds so fake and all, but whether it's gonna be real or not, it doesn't really matter. When I watch videos of the japan tsunami, I just feel for them. I mean, they were just going by their Friday routine, driving along the expressway, enjoying life. The next moment, they get hit by a tsunami. I can't imagine the shock they are in, it's really terrifying. 40 people are dead already. Sigh it's so saddening. I was feeling very angry this morning, because my friend ditched me. But this very afternoon, reality struck me.. What if I was in japan? What if I was one of those Japanese people, who didn't get a chance to show their appreciation for their loved ones, and they get hit just like that. I realized how fragile life can be. I feel that urgency to start appreciating God, my family, my friends, and even those who just make my day, or teach me in school (like my teachers, the cleaners, my readers etc). So if you feel hatred towards someone, because they are 'bitchy', because they pissed you off. Or if you feel so annoyed by your parents or siblings. Start to cherish them. Dissolve that hurt within your minds. Cause you never know when mother earth blows up again, or when life decides to come to an end. Or when, (what most believe, the end of the world) the world ends. Attraction.

Firstly, all the guys above are cool people, so i decided to feature them in my post today :)

I get asked a lot, about what I find attractive in guys. :) so like I've decided to blog bout this.
I think humor is super important, like I'm the kind that laughs a lot! So yeah. I think like guys who have the ability to make girls laugh are attractive :) I guess most girls are attracted to guys that can make them smile and laugh, I mean.. Who doesn't? :) laughter is very important in life okay hahahaha. Hmmm.
Proper English. I don't know about other girls la, but for me, I think if a guy wants to be attractive, he must take the effort to type and speak proper English! I mean seriously, I can't stand people that tyP3 LyK tIS. First it's annoying max! Secondly, it just shows how intelligent he is. And like yeah hahaha.
Gentlemen. I think guys who are like nice and polite to girls are really charming. I mean, guys that respect girls deserve a hell load of respect man! :)
